CAKEWALK AND IMMUNIZATION COMMITTEE This Committee is charged with organizing district participation in State Immunization Day programs, including cakewalk programs. In addition, the committee will provide immunization information and will be the information point for the Blane Community Immunization Project.

EXTENSIONS COMMITTEE This committee promotes the establishment of new Rotary clubs within the district, giving additional emphasis to new types of clubs to encourage more members. .

DISTRICT FINANCE COMMITTEE This committee, in cooperation with the Governor and Governor-Elect, prepares the budget for the district and oversees the expenditure of district funds. The committee arranges for an audit or review by a qualified person.

FOUR WAY TEST CONTEST COMMITTEE This committee’s goal is to assist clubs in holding Four Way Test Contests in their communities. Both essay and speech contests are acceptable. In addition, the committee will coordinate a district wide contest at the District Assembly of the winners of the contests held by clubs throughout the district.

FRIENDSHIP AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE COMMITTEE Friendship and cultural exchanges allow Rotarians the opportunity to experience other cultures first hand in the homes of Rotarians in other countries. Exchanges are designed to be reciprocal and may last from a few days to several weeks. In District 5750 we also combine foreign trips by district members to other countries with meeting Rotarians at their home clubs. The goal is expanded acquaintances and fellowship, hopefully leading to full exchanges.

ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE COMMITTEE Rotary’s mission in sponsoring the Youth Exchange Program is to permit young people the opportunity to learn the culture and language of a foreign country through active participation in family, school, and community life in order to further international good will and understanding.

RYLA (ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARD) COMMITTEE Develops, organizes, promotes and implements the district RYLA program. RYLA is a week long leadership camp, held at Camp Redlands near Stillwater, to help high school sophomores & juniors with leadership aptitude to develop their leadership skills.

DISTRICT SIMPLIFIED GRANTS COMMITTEE This committee oversees the disbursement of the district simplified grant awarded to our district annually and encourages clubs to develop a grant project within their local community and apply for a portion of the grant money.
