We are starting a District Sponsorship project.
Beginning in January, we offer District Sponsorships.
As with other non profit organizations, Sponsorships are greatly appreciated.
We will list our District Sponsors on their very own page!
This is an excellent opportunity for our district members to promote their businesses while supporting their district.
Many, many people come to our district website. Did you know that many months have over 7000 pages viewed?
PROGRAM DETAILS:
Sign up for 12 months at ONLY $100/mo. and you will receive:
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We will be building a Sponsor page and adding it to the district website. It will have a very prominent link from the home page and all other pages. District members will be able to sign up for sponsorships for their business or for a special cause (such as trained dogs for the hearing impaired). The sponsorships will be for a total of 12 months, payable either monthly or at one time. One time payment will include a special discounted price. To sign up, use the form below or call us at 405-755-8187. You will then receive a sponsorship agreement and payment plan. All information must be website ready (email rotary5750@wheatcom.net if you have any difficulties with this) and must be approved by the district governor before insertion. For content form, please read on.
Sponsorship Page: you will be able to display your business logo, your contact information (address, phone, fax, email, link to website), AND a paragraph about your business.
SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR JAN: Sign up in January and we will ALSO place your logo and contact information on the District HOME page!! What a great deal!!
SPECIAL PROMOTION FOR JAN AND FEB: Sign up in January or February and receive a SECOND small photo in your paragraph on the Sponsors page. For example, you may wish to display your photo.
FEE STRUCTURE:
1. The sign up agreement is for 12 months; Jan 2006-end of Jan 2007.
2. The fee is $100.00 per month.
3. Payment structure - Sponsors may pay monthly or in one payment. Monthly payments will be set up automatically by our district treasurer, Ted Webber. Sponsors who elect to pay the fee in one payment up front will be only need to pay for ELEVEN months; they will receive the 12th month free.
4. Sponsorship Agreement: Marty Postic is writing up the sponsorship agreement.
HOW TO SEND US YOUR SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION:
Please send your information to the district webmaster, Barbara Cardin, at rotary5750@wheatcom.net . You may call Barbara at 405-755-8187 if you have any questions.
Please send us your logo as a jpg (preferably) or a gif. We would appreciate nothing larger than 2” or 2”, or 250 pixels by 250 pixels. A jpg may be the best format to send, as it can be sized more readily. You may send your paragraph and contact information inside an email by simply writing it out in the email. Please, please make sure it is “website ready”; that all spelling is checked and all grammar is correct.
If you do not have a logo, we do not need to include it. You may instead send us another picture having to do with your business. We will do our best to fit it into the page size.
For those who send in their information right away, you will receive an added bonus of a second picture on the Sponsor page. Suggested photos: products, your building, your picture, or something else to do with your business. The value of adding in YOUR picture is that people will more readily recognize you at District Rotary events!!
For the bonus home page placement, we will use a jpg that is 1” by 1” with contact information and a link to the sponsorship page.

Not only is this great exposure for your business or organization, but it is an easy and powerful way to support your district. When we work together, we achieve great things. Let’s work together to build our district into the very best district!
NOTE: You can “get creative” in your sponsorships. For example, you can sponsor your favorite special cause (like specially trained dogs for the hearing impaired). When you sponsor this special cause, we will display their information and include a sentence specifying special credit and appreciation going to you, the sponsoring party

- Company Logo: this is a good size for a logo.
- Contact Information: Company name, phone, fax, address, email, websites.
- A paragraph that describes the company.
- Company “tag line”
- Bonus photo of myself.
- QBNow! had two pictures available. When they get me their contact information, I will add it in so you can see that example.
As we receive actual sponsors, we will build the Sponsors Page and take off the sample sponsorships.
